A subsidiary of the France-based RATP Dev Group, RATP Dev USA specializes in public transit management. Work included preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and transforming them into visually compelling interview slide decks for leadership to present to municipalities. Key contributions also included the development of RATP4Me, an internal portal designed to centralize company-wide communication, and RATP Academy, a Squarespace-based onboarding platform featuring short-format training videos and quizzes for employees at all levels. Additional projects involved designing logos for internal initiatives such as the annual summit, leadership incentive programs, and more.
